JSM Electrical on Facebook
What JSM's Facebook page showed on 2026-10-22: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61574767686775
Treat it as a lead, not a source of truth. JSM run the page themselves (they don't use our digital marketing service), so it is thin and out of date: two timeline posts, the latest from June 2025. Confirm anything here with JSM before it goes on the site. Business facts already pulled into docs/company.html are marked (FB) there. Improvements we suggest for the page: docs/proposal.html, "Optional: your Facebook and Instagram". Instagram is far richer: docs/instagram.html.

Reviews
Two recommendations, both five-star in tone and both naming Jack:
- Liam D. (shown as "1y", so late 2024 to 2025): Jack turned up and did the job; professional, accommodating and knowledgeable.
- Jamie N. (1 April 2025), signed off from "Jess, Jamie and the Zuri Team": Jack and the team were great from start to finish; professional, attentive to detail and friendly, made the process easy, left everything clean and tidy; highly recommends them.
Before quoting either on the site, JSM need the reviewer's OK; full text is on the page's Reviews tab.
Posts
The timeline has only two posts, both from 29 June 2025:
- "Hope Vale & Wujal Wujal Update" (8 photos, 23 reactions, 2 comments). Busy with FIFO work and Geelong jobs. At the Hope Vale Mission in Cape York they stood up a 15m tower loaded with radio gear; they also made service calls around Wujal Wujal, and recommend the Lions Den Hotel on the way up. Casual, friendly tone, with tradie hashtags (#FIFO, #CapeYork, #TradieLife).
- An introduction: the About Us blurb (maintenance and service repairs around Geelong and Portarlington, plus technical projects in rural and remote Australia) and a link to
/about-us/.
Older posts survive only as photos:
- 18 April and 5 May 2025: a "Light it up to a brighter future" graphic, "Electrical and Lighting Services for Businesses", with a caption about more sustainable lighting for shops and commercial spaces on the Bellarine and Surf Coast. Hashtags include LED lighting and LED signage, and misspell Bellarine ("#Belarine").
- A "Shore up your storefront" graphic: lighting for businesses.
- Easter 2025 and Mother's Day greetings.
Photos
19 in all. The useful ones, all real work, are likely JSM's own (ask for full-size originals; Facebook's copies are compressed):
- Remote work (Cape York): the radio tower going up under storm clouds; a solar-powered comms cabinet in the rainforest, with a worker in orange hi-vis; two of the team in yellow hi-vis outside the Lions Den Hotel and on a grassy hill; a river crossing; a site map; a 4WD on a ridge road at dawn.
- Commercial and home lighting: a shop or café fit-out with black track lighting and downlights; a large shed or workshop with high-bay lights; a garage with hexagon LED ceiling lights.
- On site: a worker with an antenna or light pole on a tin roof.
- Vehicles: a white tray-back ute with the door logo, in a car park; the van from the cover.
The rest are graphics: the two lighting promos, the Easter and Mother's Day greetings, the logo, and a placeholder "J" avatar.
Reels
One reel (124 views): a close-up of a person on a job. Nothing usable for the site.
What the website can use
- Reviews: both recommendations, once the reviewers agree.
- Remote work: the Hope Vale radio tower is the best proof of "regional and remote projects" and of telecommunications work.
- LED lighting and signage for businesses: promoted strongly on Facebook, but the website gives it one line (outdoor LED signage, under Business and Commercial). Ask whether it deserves its own service.
- Job photos: to replace the stock images on the service pages.
- The Facebook link: in the live site's footer. Keep it in the revamp.
- The address, only if JSM agree.
